Owen Wilson (The Life Aquatic; The Royal Tenenbaums) will produce and star in You, Me and Dupree.
Variety reports that Joe and Anthony Russo (Arrested Development) will direct the picture, telling the story of a best man who out-stays his welcome with the newlyweds as their houseguest.
Wilson can be seen next month alongside Vince Vaughn in romantic comedy Wedding Crashers.
