Cox praises Aniston's directorial effort

Courteney Cox has shown support for friend Jennifer Aniston, who wants to become a film director.

Aniston recently told The Sun that she is preparing to direct a new project.

"I have a project in development I'm going to direct. After you get enough movies under your belt you sit back and go, 'What's next?'

"It's getting to a time where creatively I want to turn in a different direction," she explained.

Her former Friends co-star Cox has now said that she supports Aniston's decision to go behind the camera.

"She's already directed a short film, Room 10 co-starring Robin Wright and Kris Kristofferson. She's amazing. It would be great," Cox told E!.
