Vampire thriller 'Blood Oath' in the works

Warp Films head Lucas Foster has reportedly obtained the film rights to vampire action novel Blood Oath.
The action-horror book, written by Christopher Farnsworth, arrived in stores this week, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The story centres on a vampire named Nathaniel Cade who is captured by the US Army and swears an oath to protect the president in the Secret Service.
Cade later learns of a White House plot involving biological weapons.
Foster also secured the rights to the book's forthcoming sequel Black Site.
Production details for the film have yet to be released.
