Jason Statham and Leelee Sobieski will star in a movie adaptation of the video game Dungeon Siege.
Directed by Uwe Boll, who has previously brought games Alone In The Dark and House Of The Dead to the cinema, it will be based on Gas Powered Games' RPG following the journey of Farmer from an average man to a heroic prince.
Statham (The Transporter) will play Farmer, whilst Sobieski will take the role of Muriella, daughter of court sorceror Merrick, says The Hollywood Reporter.
Also in the pipeline from Boll are adaptations of Far Cry, Hunter: The Reckoning and Fear Effect.
