Brand: 'Rose Byrne punched me in face'

Russell Brand has revealed that Rose Byrne accidentally hit him while filming their new movie Get Him To The Greek.

The comedian and actor said that his co-star punched him while shooting an emotional scene.

Speaking to The Sun, the 34-year-old said: "Rose f**king hit me in the face and it wasn't in the script - because if it was I'd have prepared for it. I complained to Nick Stoller, the director, who said that I was making a fuss.

"I found some [blood] in my stool the next day. I think I haemorrhaged internally as a result."

Brand recently admitted that he made a cameraman feel uncomfortable on set.
