The Party Down actor joins a cast that includes Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Emily Mortimer, Zooey Deschanel and Rashida Jones, reports The Playlist.
Jesse Peretz is directing the picture, about a man (Rudd) who deals with his overbearing mother while she invades the lives of his three sisters.
Scott recently joined the cast of NBC's Parks and Recreation.
