Berg to direct fantasy flick

Peter Berg will direct an adaptation of Bran Mak Morn for Universal Pictures.
Based on the Robert E. Howard fantasy novel series, the epic will tell the story of a mythical king of Britain who joins forces with supernatural troops to battle the Roman Empire, reports Variety.
Howard, the man behind the series, also created the likes of Conan The Barbarian and King Kull.
Berg (Friday Night Lights) also has Splinter Cell and The Kingdom on the way.
