The movie is a follow-up to Rowan Atkinson's 2003 comedy in which the star plays an inept British agent.
Director Oliver Parker (St, Trinian's) is helming the sequel, which finds Atkinson investigating traitors in Her Majesty's Secret Service.
Kaluuya will play Atkinson's fellow agent in the picture, which begins filming in September.
He has appeared in the BBC's Psychoville and Channel 4's Skins.
