MTV Films have bought the rights to Damn Nation, Andy Cosby's tale of a vampire-infested U.S. from Dark Horse Comics.
In the comics, the nation's borders are guarded to stop the creatures from escaping abroad, whilst a group of scientists work on a cure under military protection.
Cosby will write the screenplay and executive produce with Ross Richie.
