Pranksters halt 'Superman' filming
Published Sunday, Aug 7 2005, 12:05 BST | By Daniel Kilkelly
Filming for Superman Returns has been disrupted by pranksters who stole walkie-talkies from the set.
The thieves were then able to impersonate the crew by shouting "Cut!" and "Action!" over the devices, which meant that filming had to be stopped.
Crew members eventually decided to change the frequencies of their own walkie-talkies to avoid the problem. Producers have decided not to report the crime.
"That film's got so much money, a couple of missing walkie talkies wouldn't worry them," a source told Femalefirst.co.uk.
