Daniel Craig has signed up to appear in sci-fi thriller Invasion alongside Nicole Kidman.
The film follows the actions of a psychiatrist (Kidman) who discovers the truth behind a strange epidemic which alters humans' behaviour. The Layer Cake actor will play Kidman's love interest and colleague who helps her protect her son, who holds the key to stopping the strange goings-on.
Oliver Hirschbiegel will direct from David Kajganich's screenplay.
