James McAvoy has agreed to star in coming-of-age drama Starter For Ten.
Produced by Tom Hanks' Playtone and directed by Tom Vaughan, the movie will be based on David Nicholls' best-seller and the author will also write the screenplay for the film.
Starter For Ten will tell the story of a working-class student's first year at a posh private university in England.
