Clive Owen joins Blanchett

Clive Owen and Geoffrey Rush will appear alongside Cate Blanchett in The Golden Age, reports Variety.
Shekhar Kapur returns to the helm for the sequel to his 1998 movie Elizabeth for Working Title and Universal Pictures.
Blanchett and Rush will reprise their respective roles of Queen Elizabeth I and Sir Francis Walsingham, whilst Owen will play Sir Walter Raleigh.
Penned by William Nicholson and Michael Hirst, the second picture will centre on the relationship between the Queen and Raleigh.
