Bartha: 'Sex with Zeta-Jones was awkward'

Justin Bartha has admitted that filming sex scenes with Catherine Zeta-Jones was awkward.

The Hangover star appears alongside Zeta-Jones in rom-com The Rebound.

He told the Daily Mail: "Filming love scenes is always a bit awkward. Catherine was a bit nervous, so to lighten the mood, I walked in while she was getting her make-up done and said: 'OK, who wants to have sex with me today?'

"A few hands went up, mostly belonging to men, but when we finally did the scene, I kept scraping my chest on the couch. By the end of the day it was completely red raw and exactly what you don't want when you're having sex with Catherine Zeta-Jones."

Bartha, who is dating Ashley Olsen, joked that he would have liked some tips from Zeta-Jones's husband.

"I could have done with some pointers from her husband, Michael Douglas. After all, he knows better than anyone how to handle her, but he wasn't on the set that day," he said.

"She's a beautiful woman and surprisingly bawdy. Everything she does workwise is in order to get back home to her kids and her man.

"After we finished shooting they invited me to their family home in Majorca. They have a wonderful life out there."
