The Harry Potter actor has reportedly been cast as Arthur Kipps, a young solicitor who travels to a deceased client's home to settle her estate. While in the house, he encounters the eponymous woman in black and uncovers the home's disturbing legacy.
James Watkins (Eden Lake) is directing the movie from a script by Jane Goldman (Kick-Ass).
The Woman In Black is based on Susan Hill's 1983 novel, which previously made it to the screen as a 1989 TV film. Adrian Rawlins, who plays Radcliffe's on-screen father in Harry Potter, starred in the lead role.
