Fox plan new comic book adaptation

Fox 2000 and New Regency are planning an adaptation of comic book Courtney Crumrin and the Night Things, reports Variety.

The film will tell the story of a young girl who moves into the house of her eccentric uncle where she is introduced to a world of sorcery and strange creatures. Meanwhile, she notices that her classmates have a habit of mysteriously disappearing...

Graham Tallman will write the script based on Ted Naifeh's comic book. Stan Winston and Brian J. Gilbert are producing.
