Katherine Heigl to play immortal 'Adaline'

The movie will see Killers star Heigl portray a character who hasn't aged in 100 years. The story revolves around her meeting a man who is prepared to risk his life so that she can regain her mortality.
Andy Tennant (The Bounty Hunter) is directing the project from a script by Mills Goodloe, Sal Paskowitz and Allison Burnett.
Heigl's next movie is Life As We Know It with Josh Duhamel.
