Zellweger stars in Potter biopic

Renee Zellweger is set to portray author Beatrix Potter in an upcoming biopic, reports Variety.
Entitled Miss Potter, the film will centre on the life of the beloved author of children's books and her struggle for independence in Victorian society.
Zellweger's Down With Love co-star Ewan McGregor is in talks to play the part of Norman, Potter's publisher and love interest.
Chris Noonan (Babe) will direct the picture from a script by Richard Maltby Jr., whilst Zellweger will executive produce.
Shooting is scheduled to begin in March in the UK.
