Hugh Jackman to star in Disney musical

Hugh Jackman has been lined up to star in an adaptation of Cecelia Ahern's novel 'If You Could See Me Now', reports Variety.
The musical would see Jackman star as the imaginary friend of a 6-year old who has been abandoned by his mother to be raised by his aunt. However, the imaginary friend gains an unexpected love interest when it transpires that the boy's aunt can also see him.
Jackman will produce along with Craig Zadan, Neil Meron and John Palermo.
