Shue joins 'House At The End Of The Street'

Elisabeth Shue has joined the cast of thriller House At The End Of The Street, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Jennifer Lawrence and Max Thieriot are already among the cast for director Mark Tonderai's movie, which is loosely inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho.

The story revolves around a teen girl and her mother as they move into a new town and discover that a double murder took place in the house across the street.

Shue and Lawrence will play mother and daughter, while Thieriot has been cast as the sole survivor of the murdered family.

Shue can next be seen starring in Piranha 3D, opening on August 20.
