Universal Pictures will create an adaptation of upcoming children's book 'Tales From the Wishworks Factory' by Jason Lethcoe.
The film will focus on the Wishworks Factory, a fantastic establishment which processes all wishes made on Earth. When an orphan wishes for unlimited wishes on his birthday, he unwittingly becomes involved in the Factory's struggle against its counterpart, the Curseworks Factory.
Nick Osborne and Trevor Engelson will produce for Underground Films, whilst Lethcoe is set to executive produce.
