Warner Bros. are planning a biopic about James Bond creator Ian Fleming, Variety has revealed.
Fleming, written by Damian Stevenson and produced by Andrew Lazar, will show how the author's experiences with espionage and womanizing affected the conception of his literary superspy.
Producer Lazar is quoted as saying: "He was an extraordinary thinker who helped shape what the modern spy was, both in his work at MI6 and in his novels."
Meanwhile, Daniel Craig is the strong favourite to play Bond in the upcoming Casino Royale.
