Sony Pictures Entertainment will end months of speculation tomorrow (Oct 14) when they confirm who will play James Bond in Casino Royale.

Although Layer Cake star Daniel Craig has been reported to be the strong favourite to take the role, the studio has not confirmed his involvement. A firm answer will be given at a press conference in London tomorrow, Reuters reports.

Directed by Martin Campbell, filming on the latest movie in the franchise will commence in January with a view to a October 19, 2006 release.
