Gold Circle Films and Vertigo Entertainment will remake Hong Kong horror movie The Eye 2 (Jian Gui 2), according to Variety.
Entitled In Utero and adapted by Todd Stein, the film will tell the story of a pregnant woman who is left with the curse of seeing spirits of the deceased after having a near-death experience.
Meanwhile, Vertigo is also working on an adaptation of the original The Eye at Paramount in which a blind girl gets more vision than she bargained for following a cornea transplant.
