Dan Fogler (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) has agreed to take the lead in new comedy Balls of Fury.
In a story created by Thomas Lennon and Ben Garant, Fogler will play a renowned table tennis player who has been forced to make his living as a Vegas act after falling from grace from the world stage. His life then takes an interesting turn when he is approached by the CIA asking him to make a comeback.
Garant will direct, whilst Lennon is expected to take a key role in the movie, Variety reports.
