Michael Keaton may be in the running to play the villain in the next Batman movie, rumours suggest.
According to movie site /film the internet is laden with speculation that Keaton, who played the Dark Knight in Tim Burton's Batman and Batman Returns, could be playing his former nemesis in the sequel to Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins.
Other mooted names have included Mark Hamill, Steve Carell, Sean Penn, Paul Bettany and Lachy Hulme.
