Wesley Snipes and Jean-Claude Van Damme will star in a movie from Sheldon Lettich, the writer of Bloodsport, Production Weekly reports.
In The Hard Cops, Van Damme will play combat veteran Patrick Sauvage who, fresh from fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq, is assigned to assemble a group of fellow vets (the eponymous 'Hard Cops') to protect a former World Heavyweight Boxing champion from a dangerous rap mogul.
To complicate matters, the boxer begins to suspect that his sister may be falling for his new protector.
Production will begin next month in British Columbia.
