Christensen as Anakin Skywalker
Directed by Mark Palansky from Leslie Caveny's script, the film will tell the story of Penelope, a unlucky girl born with the face of a pig who must break a family curse whilst finding true love in the process. Christina Ricci and Reese Witherspoon also star.
Grosvenor Park and Stone Village Entertainment are financing the project, with Stone Village principal Scott Steindorff producing along with Witherspoon and Jennifer Simpson.
It was reported earlier that Christensen has joined Poker Night, a thriller also starring Samuel L. Jackson.
