Joan Allen has joined Bonneville and is in early negotiations to reprise her role in The Bourne Ultimatum, Variety reports.
Written by Daniel D. Davis and Christopher N. Rowley and directed by the latter, Bonneville will tell the story of recently widowed Arvilla (Jessica Lange) who takes her husband's Bonneville with friends Margene (Sissy Spacek) and Carol (Kathy Bates) and heads off to give her husband's ashes to his daughter. However, their unexpectedly eventful road trip teaches them lessons about life.
Allen is also in preliminary talks to reprise her role of Pamela Landy in spy thriller The Bourne Ultimatum starring Matt Damon. Production is set to begin next year.
