Madonna 'annoys W.E. cast and crew'

Madonna has reportedly aggravated the cast and crew of her forthcoming film W.E.

According to The Sun, the pop superstar, who is directing the biopic about Britain's King Edward VIII's relationship with American Wallis Simpson, has allegedly upset her stars by being too meticulous with each scene in the movie. A ten-second section featuring Abbey Cornish, who plays Simpson, apparently took three hours to shoot.

It has also been speculated that Madonna has given her daughter Lourdes a cameo in the film.

The 51-year-old recently dismissed reports that she has started smoking again, when she was photographed on set with a prop cigarette on set.

W.E. is scheduled for release in 2011.
