The film tells the story of a man (Sandler) stricken with grief since he lost his family on September 11. Things begin to look up when he runs into his old college roommate (Cheadle) who is now a doctor and becomes determined to help Sandler's character come to terms with his loss.
Sony Pictures Entertainment are looking to acquire the project ready for production next year with a budget of less than $20m.
