The actor - who plays Ron Weasley in the franchise - recently wrapped filming on his final scenes for the last movie, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.
"It's been quite weird finishing Harry Potter. It's taking a while to adjust to it all and it does feel weird because it was such a regular routine in my life," he told the Daily Record.
"Suddenly not doing it is strange and I don't know what I'm doing next."
He added: "It was quite sad because it took a long time to get to know people and then I was saying goodbye. The wrap party was quite sad."
Grint previously said that although he was sad at the saga's ending, he was also ready to "move on" and pursue other projects.
Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part One will be released in November.
