According to The Hollywood Reporter, the After Dark Films production centres on a group of thieves who run in to a suburban family while escaping after a bank robbery.
The robbers hide their stash in the family's vehicle during a rest-stop, and begin following them on their trip.
Antonio Negret is directing the picture, which is currently in production.
Röhm has appeared on Heroes and Law & Order. Perrineau is known for playing the role of Michael on Lost and for starring in the final two Matrix movies. Baird starred in Accepted and My Best Friend's Girl.
