Felicity Jones has said that she had an "extraordinary" experience working with Russell Brand and Helen Mirren on The Tempest.
The SoulBoy actress, who plays Miranda in director Julie Taymor's adaptation of William Shakespeare's play, told DS that she was able to take away a lot from her time with Brand and Mirren.
"It was absolutely extraordinary," she said. "They're both brilliant actors so I had a fantastic learning experience watching them work. Obviously Julie Taymor is an insane visionary so it's great to be a part of it."
Discussing Brand's handing over of his underwear to Mirren, Jones said: "There was a lot of discussion about underpants, mainly! Russell gave Helen, as a birthday present, a pair of his underpants. That was a particular highlight of Russell Brand!"
