Jackson relishes making "difficult" next film

Pete Jackson says making his next film The Lovely Bones will be "incredibly difficult."
After the huge success of The Lord of the Rings trilogy, director Jackson began work on another epic, King Kong.
Next, though, the 43-year-old is making a film version of Alice Sebold's gritty, real-life novel. Coming back down to earth will be a challenge, he says.
"You think, on one hand, wow, this would be an amazing movie. Your second thought is how incredibly difficult it would be to make it into a film. It was the difficult part that really excited me."
"The Lovely Bones is something completely different," he continued. "It needs to feel like it's not directed by me - for me to come up with a different vocabulary and a way of telling the story on film."
