Hugh Jackman is considering starring in romantic comedy Rebound Guy, Variety reports.

Jennifer Robinson and Dyanne Stempel's screenplay will tell the story of a cynical bachelor who targets girls on the rebound, safe from any possibility that they will want a long-term relationship. He changes his approach when he falls for a woman who has just ended a serious relationship, and inserts a 'rebound guy' in front of him, paving the way for his own success.

Jackman will produce along with his Seed Productions partner John Palermo.
