According to The Hollywood Reporter, a 24-year-old woman injured her head taking part in a car stunt. The movie was shooting in Northwest Indiana.
The female, Gabriela Cedillo, identified herself to reporters as an extra and not a stunt performer.
Another extra on the movie, Blaine Blair, described the stunt and accident to the local ABC station.
Blair said: "The vehicle was being towed by another vehicle. The cable between the two vehicles broke. It whipped around and sliced through the woman's car and sliced through her skull, apparently."
