Johansson, Gordon-Levitt for zombie movie?

According to Pajiba, Diablo Cody is producing the movie, billed as a romantic comedy with zombies.
Geoff LaTulippe is writing the screenplay, an adaptation of a 2009 novel by S.G. Browne.
The story follows the adventures of a man who discovers that he is not dead and must live among regular people.
