
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire has finally been ousted from the top of the US chart with the arrival of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, scooping $67.1m in its opening weekend.
After three weeks at number one the J.K. Rowling adaptation has slipped to third place, grossing $10.3m over the weekend. Following Narnia in second place was controversial thriller Syriana with $12m.
