Cumming joins Boreanaz in dark comedy

Alan Cumming has boarded Suffering Man's Charity for work both behind and in front of the camera, The Hollywood Reporter reveals.
He will direct and appear in the movie which stars Angel actor David Boreanaz as a writer who is accidentally killed by Cumming's character. Cumming then discovers his novel and takes credit for it as his own. When he finds success with the work, its author comes back to haunt him.
Anne Heche, Henry Thomas and Carrie Fisher also star.
