Patrick Lussier will direct the sequel to this year's Michael Keaton thriller White Noise, according to Hollywood North Report.
White Noise 2: The Light will centre on a man who narrowly escapes death when his family is murdered. After the experience he discovers that he is able to identify those who face imminent death, but finds that it is unwise to help them and that there is a price to be paid for interfering with the natural order of life and death.
Lussier (Dracula 2000; Dracula II: Ascension; Dracula III: Legacy) will direct from Matt Venne's script. Filming begins in early 2006 in Vancouver.
