'Ice Age 2' game in the works

Vivendi Universal has confirmed that a video game based on Ice Age 2: The Meltdown is in the works.
Ice Age 2 is currently scheduled for release on April 7 in the UK and March 31 in the US. The game will be made available at around the same time.
"We are excited to continue our successful partnership with Fox to create an extension of the Ice Age story in a fully engaging interactive entertainment experience," said Peter Della Penna, COO of product development at VU Games. "Academy Award-winning animation studio Blue Sky has contributed an impressive visual style and hilarious storyline for our development partners to turn into great family gaming."
The game will be available for PS2, Xbox, GameCube, Nintendo DS, GBA and the PC.
