American Psycho director Mary Harron is helming the gothic horror picture, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The movie is based on a novel of the same name by Rachel Klein.
Actors Sarah Gadon and Sarah Bolger have also joined the film's cast.
Production is now under way and is expected to wrap next month in Montreal.
