The movie tells the story of a psychopath who attempts to kill a number of television celebrities, including Feltz, Chegwin and Joe Pasquale, reports The Sun.
Director Andy Thompson, who described the film as a "low-budget Shaun of the Dead", said: "In one scene, Vanessa is killed off after she is force-fed porridge and warm milk until she explodes."
The film apparently opens in a cellar full of meat dangling on hooks, while the killer watches old videos of Chegwin's Saturday morning children's show Swap Shop.
Thompson added: "The film has been made for under £500,000. When we asked celebs if they wanted to take part they liked the idea. They realised we were having a tongue-in-cheek dig at celebrity.
"A number of film distributors are interested and we are pencilling in a cinema release date for the first quarter of 2011."
