Vincent Schiavelli dies, 57

Vincent Schiavelli, the actor known for his distinctive droopy eyes, has died of lung cancer at the age of 57.
Schiavelli, voted the best character actor by Vanity Fair in 1997, appeared in films including One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Ghost, Tomorrow Never Dies and Batman Returns. Additionally, he made numerous appearances on television shows such as Taxi, The X-Files and Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
Born in New York, Schiavelli recently moved to live in his family's native village, Polizzi Generosa in Sicily, where he passed away yesterday.
