The film will also star Breaking Bad actress Krysten Ritter and Kate Bosworth, best known for her role as Lois Lane in Superman Returns.
Empire reports that Ritter also co-wrote the film's script with acclaimed director Kat Coiro.
The movie follows the problems that arise for three best friends following the arrival of a baby in their lives.
Ritter's character will reportedly give birth and her two roommates are forced to help her adjust.
Filming on BFF and Baby is scheduled to begin in October. It is slated for release sometime in 2011.
