'H&A' star returns to Aus for film role

The 27-year-old actress, who played foster child Cassie Turner in Aussie soap opera Home and Away for four years, moved to the US in 2008 to pursue a Hollywood film career.
Vinson, who has since had roles in Blue Crush 2 and Step Up: 3D, flew from LA to Brisbane earlier this week to start filming on Australia's first 3D feature film Bait.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Vinson will appear in the action movie about a tsunami hitting a seaside town alongside Twilight actor Xavier Samuel.
