Paris Hilton settles lawsuit over 'Pledge!'

According to PA, Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc filed a lawsuit against the heiress in 2008 claiming that she didn't fulfil her promotional obligations to the project.
Hilton stars in the film alongside Holly Valance, Carmen Electra and Simon Rex, and she is further credited as an executive producer.
The company was asking $8.3m (£5.1m) in restitution from Hilton.
However, Hilton's attorneys argued that her failure to promote the film to the company's wishes did not hurt the investors financially.
A settlement was reached in the case and the dismissal order was signed on Thursday.
