Galifianakis in talks for 'Muppets' movie?

The actor, who is currently starring in Due Date with Robert Downey Jr., has been approached to appear in the new film alongside Jason Segel and Amy Adams, Entertainment Weekly reports.
Downey Jr. revealed details of the potential role while taking part in a promo interview with Galifianakis and E! News.
According to reports, Galifianakis's rep confirmed that the actor is "talking about it".
The plot of the new film, which has been written by Segel and Nick Stoller, apparently follows Segel and a new Muppet named Walter as they try to save the Muppet studio.
Galifianakis has already appeared on film with a Muppet, after featuring in a comedy staring contest with Animal and members of the band OK Go at an awards ceremony in June.
