The actress, who appears in forthcoming blockbuster Sucker Punch, will play the new fiancée of Ed Helms's character Stu Price.
Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha, Ken Jeong and Mike Tyson are also returning for director Todd Philipps's sequel, which takes the lead characters on a debauched holiday to Thailand.
Mel Gibson had been slated to make a cameo appearance in the movie as a Bangkok-based tattoo artist, however the actor was dropped from the production and replaced with Liam Neeson following apparent protests from the cast and crew.
The Hangover Part II will open in cinemas on May 26, 2011.
